I love this place. I've yet to be disappointed with a show, the amenities or staff. Not sure about the new name... Music, Mc Musicface would have been just as good.Great views to take in during intervals whilst enjoying some refreshments. They run lots of good courses and events through the daytimes too: my father in law attends a choir there for aphasia sufferers once a week and gets a great deal of enjoyment from it. The photo I've added is the view as we left recently, on the far side.

I attended Brass in Concert. Wonderful Concert. Amazing Auditorium. Excellent building, sound, lighting, seats, location and views of the river.Everything was 5 star, until the Customer Satisfaction Survey" arrived. There were more questions about my sexual orientation than about the event or venue. I am very angry. This is none of your business."

First visit here to a concert (Billy Bragg, and definitely 5 star performance). It took a bit of finding as the car satnav struggled to locate it, and very poor road signage to assist motorists. Good parking when got there. Booked dinner beforehand and a very pleasant restaurant with good choice of wines and beers etc. Limited food choice but burgers proved a winner. Would use this facility again.

Went to see Post Modern Jukebox. First time at the venue and it was really good. Lovely views over the river and bridges. The show was great. We were worried it might be too loud sitting in the second row but it was fine. Food is available although we didn't eat here, and bars dotted about for drinks.

Very beautiful venue. Attended today for a graduation ceremony, and I was really impressed with the building. It's beautiful inside.Parking was a little bit of an issue, but I was helped by a lovely, friendly gentleman who directed me and provided me with a ticket due to having my disabled daughter with me and exchanged it for a free pass. The car park did say it was full however it wasn't- that's why I am not awarding 5 stars. The staff inside the venue were lovely and helpful too. No complaints.Toilets were lovely and clean. Lots of disabled access, too.

I was at the Sage for the Americana festival Saturday 22/07, the live music, the venue, the atmosphere all made the day stand out as a good one despite the early intermittent weather. The food inside the building and out in the stalls were good quality and ideal and ran well with the theme of the day, I have never seen a place with so many disposable plates, glasses etc kept so clean. The Staff including security were diligent, helpful and managed to do so without impacting on the enjoyment.

An absolutely amazing live music venue. The acoustics here are brilliant and all the live music I have been to here has sounded superb. I have seen multiple orchastras here playing, John Williams, Hans Zimmer and Final Fantasy music and it has blown me away every time. I also saw Tokiyo Myers here live and was equally impressed with the acoustic as well as the lighting show they put on.The venue has amazing views across the river Tyne and the brilliant architectural design makes it a highlight of the skyline.

Had tickets for an afternoon concert. Free metro fare included but we decided to drive down early and have lunch. The car park is £4.80 all day. The cafe is great and good value. Drinks reasonably priced. There was a free concert at 2pm and then the main concert (Messiah) at 3pm. Magnificent start to our Christmas.

Great venue, was here recently to see Meatloaf tribute and the Neverland Express. Comfortable seating, great views of the city, and bridges. Helpful staff, and bars on every landing. Toilets clean too.....always a bonus.

Kenny Thomas was absolutely fantastic.Bar staff were shockingly poor! Waited 15 minutes to be served as they were serving people who arrived after me and other customers!
