Fabulous and fun with a great instructor

i love louise,s zumba i joined a month ago never missed a class im loseing wieght and feeling really good and the teacher is very easy to get on with

I tried loads of Zumba classes over the years and never stuck to them as I always felt like I had awful coordination and a bit uncomfortable because I took so long to grasp the moves...but this all changed after joining Zumba with Louise..I now love Zumba, the music & the fitness... Louise just makes you feel so welcome and at home! There’s no going back for me now!

I love Lulu’s Zumba classes! She is so welcoming and so is everyone else. You can choose your pace - a high impact workout, or choose a slower pace. The music is brilliant and the routines are easy to follow and give you a full aerobic workout and several toning tracks are included too. I would definitely recommend this class.

Great classes , routines such fun , great way to exercise as just feels like fun while burning calories and toning ..Lovely teacher always smiling and keeping everyone uplifted .. always come out of class feeling great highly recommend
