Kitsons Pharmacy

I recently visited this pharmacy as they thankfully had the medication i very much need and the staff were amazing. I have now also swapped to your chemist being my nominated one and its all because of the amazing professionalism, very high standard of compassion for all who access you and the ease at which you give your service. I had been registered with a St johns chemist for over 15yrs, but they have lost any empathy for their clients and have zero customer interpersonal skills. So a massive massive thank you for helping me & easing the stress I had yesterday trying to get my medication. I will also be using this chemist for my children and advising my mum to do the same.

Amazing team at Kitsons Chemist very friendly and helpful, certainly could shame other chemists nearby, people like to be treated as people not numbers, well done Kitsons. I will be visiting your Chemist again. Thank you

I’ve used this pharmacy twice now in the past few months, and both times they’ve been excellent & absolutely knocked spots off Boots and Superdrug in terms of customer service and expertise!! I dashed into town for a flu jab, and after trying the obvious high street pharmacy (boots and Superdrug) I half heartedly tried Kitsons on the way back to the car.The blonde girl on the till could not have been lovelier or more professional (annoyingly didn’t get her name) I was told I could have one there and then, and to take a seat. She even came over to apologise for the 5 minute wait … you don’t get that in Boots!! I was in and out within 15 minutes, and honestly could not fault their staff members - all fantastic!Whilst waiting, it soon became clear this was many peoples go to pharmacy for medications that are often out of stock elsewhere, overheard lots of customers remarking how fantastic the pharmacy is.I don’t often log on to give reviews online but honestly after such lacklustre, disinterested service from both Boots and Superdrug, I wanted to praise the staff at Kitsons for their A* service, and really hope they read this! xx

I changed to this Pharmacy at the start of Covid as I had to isolate and my current pharmacy would not deliver (although they had a delivery service) I have always been pleased with their service and helpfulness. I no longer use the delivery service but have stayed with this Pharmacy due to the good levels of service. Highly recommended.

they are the worst pharmacy in worcester they are always late with my dosette tray and any tablets/cream from the gp and then it takes at least 2 days to get to me im in the middle of changing hands

Take my negative review back. You picked up the paracetamol from the rack which clearly was marked £3.99 and charged me £5.99. But you are a small business and maybe you did not notice that.

An objective review. As a former NHS/Private Healthcare worker I can say I have complete confidence in their service to patients. From explaining about medication and handy tips for maximum benefit. They also offer customised care. As an independent pharmacy, they can source medication ‘easier’ than your average pharmacy. They gave me a same day flu shot (after ensuring it was safe -Gold standard). From a personal perspective; the staff are extremely knowledgeable & helpful. I was being served but another member of staff checked to see if I was okay. They are accommodating. As I have my mum’s & my Prescriptions delivered. They are busy but they don’t make you feel ‘rushed’. They were particularly outstanding over the festive period (complex issues from GP side of things made simple by Kitsons). They are now our nominated pharmacy. I highly recommend you do the same. Just to note that this review is also approved by my mum too (mum seal of approval).

WOW!! What a find!! Why have I never used this pharmacy before!! My daughter has meds that have until now been hard to get.... kitsons don't just use one cheap supplier like the others... they make sure they can get your medication. The service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond and so friendly too.
