I had bought timberland shoes last year, had them a year wore them 3 times and front of souls where coming off. So I brought them back this morning and a lovely gentleman called George exchange them for me. Great customer service 10/10.

Great staff. Came in wanted boots, I wasn’t sure. Staff helped me pick a very functional boot and fashionable. High recommended. Staff members have very good considerations and insight. Very satisfied with my boots.Thanks guys!!

Abysmal service. Seriously, terrible. Phone line disconnected, don’t reply to emails, and don’t deliver boots that have been paid for. On top of that, lie about it and say boots on their way (they’re not) and blame it on being busy (yeah, of course it’s busy. It’s Christmas). If other companies can deliver and offer basic levels of service then Timberland should be able to.Never buy Timberland again. Awful.
