More range in products is now offered here, some bits have been moved around in store so struggled to find what I was looking for.It can be a pain to find a member of staff to release items from their security arms, but once found they are plesent and helpfull.

Most staff seem more interested in what they are doing after work than dealing with customers.The DIY section is over priced and there is not enough staff trained to use the Dulux pair mixer.

We purchased a lovely table and chairs today for the garden what helpful staff Alan and his crew are couldnt do enough for us Alan even carried the chairs to our vehicle absolutely faultless thank you

Needed help with a sink and the lady that helped us was exceptional and even opened box so we could actually see the product, of course we bought it and the cashier even gave us tape to reseal the box

So you understand where I'm coming from in this review I'm a public transport user restricted to a 2hrly bus service. Saw that there was a Homebase and got off my bus to have a look for a gadget in the plumbing section. But it was shut off to the public! So was disappointed. Liked the store otherwise but of course couldn't buy what I was looking for. Will try again next week to buy my gadget.

I've never understood why Lewes Homebase seems to have such an objection to putting prices on things.I shouldn't have to go and find a member of staff in order to find out how much something costs.There are no excuses for this.Anyway. today you lost a sale. I went somewhere where prices are always displayed.

I have been buying ready cut Norway Spruce Christmas trees for 50 years and the one I bought from Homebase Lewes this Christmas 2022 was the best I have ever had. Great shape , nice smell and it lasted very well.
