This place has a great choice of games and a huge amount of space to play. The staff are always very friendly and informative, and happy to order in games if they don't have what you want in stock.IQ Games also hosts a large number of events for a variety of games. I can only vouch for some of the RPG ones but have always enjoyed it when I've gone along.The shop also has a large number of board games downstairs which you are welcome to play for free, which is great if you want to try one before you buy it.

Very jealous of Huddersfield. We're not local but have family who live nearby. So we've visited IQ gaming whilst visiting and I absolutely love this shop. Sorry for the stereotype but not being a big gamer" I've often had negative experiences (with people making it sure I was an 'amateur') but it's completely the opposite here. The staff are very welcoming. They seem passionate about games and are happy to share knowledge with you in a very humble way. There is a huge variety of games and I love the fact that downstairs

Brilliant shop,I come here often! They offer a massive selection of table top war games, board game and card gamesFriendly staff, facilities are free to use !They offer a selection of refreshments and snacks !They also have toilets and baby changing area.

An amazing venue for card and tabletop games with popular events on every week. The staff and management are absolutely stellar and have made this place a cornerstone of Huddersfield. Can't recommend this place enough if you want to buy anything board game, card game or tabletop related.

Great place for all things geek! Staff are very helpful and great, management are very good and when they do run events they are run well, they have lots of space which can accommodate a large number of players for all sorts of games which is always nice to find.

The staff are amazing and helpful, I went to play Pegasus says and they were so helpful helping others understand the card effects, there are different ranges of games, EVEN BOARD GAMES! I asked them on tips to build a good deck and the person was very nice, they are very entertaining and there isn't a time you find yourself bored!

One of the favourite game shops I've ever been to-and I've been to countless places up and down the country. Great staff, amazing venue, brilliant and well priced product. Staff will even order in products for you that they don't have in stock if you speak to them about it. Gaming computers are amazing and cheap to use (£1 an hour).

A very friendly hobby gaming store with a great atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and helpful, able to spare as much time as needed to answer any questions or help you find the ideal product of your choice. They run regular gaming tournaments and events with great attendence turnout, and have a nice selection of drinks and snacks!
