Greens Restaurant Dornoch
Restaurant atypique situé dans un ancien tribunal, la salle décorée est soignée.Bien que nous avons attendu un petit peu longtemps avant d’être servi, le personnel est agréable et nous avons très bien mangé. Il y a également un petit magasins de vente de whisky et autres alcools.

Nice place to eat out.Same menu for evening as it is through the day.We had steaks which were great, sides need to be ordered too.Only downside was four dry oatcakes on the cheeseboard were a bit hard going.Other than that I would recommend to eat here. Nice atmosphere and great decor.

Greens Restaurant Dornoch
Went here with my husband, teenage son and our 2 friends for lunch. All covid measures in place, felt very safe. Lovely, friendly helpful staff. Great service. Good selection on menu. You can have the entrees as a tapas selection if you wish which my friend did. The rest of us had entrees just as a starter, all delicious and well flavoured! 3 if us had the beef burger and I had a chicken burger, all of us loved the flavours! Really great and hope to return when visiting Dornoch again.

Beautiful venue and even better food. The Sunday Roast was absolutely fantastic; the beef was lovely and tender and the Yorkshire was done to perfection. Staff were absolutely lovely too - so helpful and friendly.

Excellent food, Mac and crayfish.The service coped with people arriving later at the table than reserved and when at the end we wanted individual bills per couple.Very impressed

My favourite of all the eating places we visited in Dornoch was the Courthouse , a wonderful setting with the huge mural above the bar of famous local people and Madonna setting off the large airy room , service was excellent from the staff and the food was superb , I had the Haggis bonbons followed by the mushroom burger while the gf outdid herself ordering the Cullen Skink and then the 1kg of mussels which defeated both of us eventually ,would love to come back here during the summer and see some of the live music at the weekends.

My wife and I celebrated 5 years in Scotland (first time visit) and our anniversary fell on the leg we spent in Dornoch at the Castle Hotel. Our first night we went to Greens and had an amazing meal and incredible service. We required gluten free food free from cross contamination and they were astonishingly accommodating with their entire menu, right down to their desserts (decadent, delicious, fresh). We loved our experience so much that we went back 2 nights later for our actual anniversary dinner. The front of house manager recognized us immediately and was so welcoming and was just as warm and friendly the second time around. Anytime we make a return trip to Scotland in the future, Greens will absolutely be on our itinerary!Added note: the £30-40 per person was both trips and included 1 drink, 1 entree, and 1 dessert, which I believe to be more than reasonable.

Greens Restaurant Dornoch
The best mussels I've ever had! Very fresh seafood and I like how they added a Scottish twist by adding whisky into the cream sauce. The place used to be a courtroom and they maintain part of the structure with high ceilings. Great ambience and service. Worth a visit!
