Could not fault the service that we received and especially as it was on a Sunday. Our washing machine is temporarily out of use so as a one off we were in need of a laundry service. We had a lot of washing but it was delivered back to our door clean and fresh, smelling lovely, nicer than my own home washes do, shirts hung and all other laundry folded neatly ready to be put away and all within 4 hours. I definitely recommend LaundryFrist and will not hesitate to use again should the need arise. I'm very impressed!!

The service was great and I received my laundry sooner than expected. Quality was better than I thought even with the affordable pricing. Would definitely recommend :)

If Laundry 1st can focus more on Quality they can easily improve to a 5 Star Service!!I ordered Service wash: Collect & delivery - Bags: Clothes x 9, Linnen x1, Duvet x1, Dress x1Pros: Fast- 48 hours turnaround, fast collection & delivery, friendly, professional, nice packagingCon 1: Very expensive, measured per kg for Service wash - £328.80 total incl. duvet & dry clean x1Con 2: Quality issue - A few items returned still with stains - see pics 1) Grey night gown & Purple exercise top: Hannah, texted to ask about my badly stained Purple exercise top, I asked her to throw it away, but it was returned still with white deodorant and powder stains and mixed in with the other clean clothes (See before and after pics).Con 3: Quality issue - all clothes returned with a slight odour of sweat/ dirt, but masked with light fabric freshener or spray, if it was washed thoroughly in Washing machine, original smell/ odour of dirty clothes should not be smelt at all after being washed.* My Home washer/ dryer is broken & also blockage in pipes, getting plumber to fix after Covid-19 lockdown ends I'm now buying £299.95 Large load Portable 2 in 1 Washer/Spin dryer on Amazon
