Visited the store to try a new e-bike for size. Lee was very helpful in determining the best size and talking through all the options. The workshop staff had the bike ready for collection less than 24 hours later. On collection Lee also helped with fitting a water bottle carrier, suggesting the best panniers to buy and helped load it all in to the back of my car. This is the second bike purchased through Rutland Cycling and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a bike.

Dominic at mk store was very helpful with adjustments on my wifes bike .i explained what we were looking for and he advised over the phone and then did the work within an hour of leaving it with him the next day .

I recently signed up to the cycle scheme and wasn’t sure what to do upon signing up. I called the Milton Keynes branch and from the first hello the guy on the phone couldn’t be any more helpful. I went in on a Saturday to try some bikes for size. The guy I approached stopped what he was doing and spent an hour and a half with me to make sure I had the right bike for me. We registered and ordered my bike on the day. He told me everything and more I needed to know about the bike. I returned just a few days later to pick up my new bike. Another guy served me but he was just as helpful as the first. He signed me up to the scheme with no dramas and it was so smooth sailing. He helped me choose accessories for my bike and fitted them there and then for me. What a great team of guys you have here. Thank you for a stress free and simple experience and for all of your help and knowledge. Look forward to dealing with you again in the future.

Visited the store for buying a helmet and fix my pedal. Mr.. Lee was very friendly and helped me fix the issues. Made his suggestions on products. Also gave some useful insights on this City. The store is a paradise for any cyclists with multiple brands on the cards. Will definitely recommend Rutland Cycling for sales, service and spares. Popped in to this store with my wife to look at an e bike for her. Suresh was very helpful and knowledgeable, really chatty and not pushy. He explained how ebikes worked and even let us have a try! We left empty handed, but the wife will be back to purchase her ebike from this store for sure. Meanwhile 4 hours after our initial visit - i returned to store and purchased myself a Specialized Creo which was instock and once the guys had done their final safety checks was able to take home same day! I went into Rutland Milton Keynes to just have a look at E mountain bikes for myself and partner. I was assisted by Suresh who was brilliant. You could tell he had a real passion for what he does and an expert in his field. I had a trial go on 2 bikes but fell in love with my blue specialised Levo as soon as I got on it. We left the shop only to return 20min ago as I made up my mind that I want 2 bikes. Suresh ordered my partners red bike that arrived within days and we fetched in last Saturday.They offered me a fantastic deal on the 2 bikes with 0% interest over 3 years- many thanks to the store manager Ashley that agreed to this request from Suresh.I’m so pleased with the outcome and that this will be my bike shop until life.Best bike shop ever and super professional staff.Many thanks Suresh and Ashley

Great service of my mountain bike I purchased at Rutland cycles. Completed in a timely manner so I could arrange a family cycle on the weekend, the reason for the purchase.Shout out to the sales people who initially sold me the bike. Very honest and didn’t attempt to oversell especially when they understood I wasn’t going to use it frequently.

Great selection of bikes and accessories in this very large store in Central Milton Keynes. A good display of Giant, Liv, Scott, Specialised etc. Also a good range of E bikes.Interest free available and also a custom build service and bike fitting.
