We've never been to a shop and been totally ignored until now - not so much as a hello or can I help you? We were in the shop for a good 15 minutes looking at all the fires and surrounds and the guy just sat behind the counter and didn't speak a word. When we left there he locked the door behind us! The outside is a mess, the inside is muddled and customer service is non-existent. Thank you for your Exclusive" experience!"
