Braeside Car Sales

Just received our Beautiful caravan last week from Adrian at Braeside Lisnaskea.Was well worth the wait. We love it!

EVERYONE BEWARE!!!!!! I'd give these cowboys zero if it let me. I held off doing this for 3 weeks to see if Adrian keeps his word. This man has a £500 deposit I put on a car 3 weeks ago and is refusing to give it back. Long story short, my car caught fire, and there are issues with assessors and my insurance company delaying paying out. I put a deposit 3 weeks ago when I thought I was being paid from the insurance. I was informed the same day an hour later that it's on hold. So I informed him that within an hour, I couldn't buy the car, which I was doing only because of what happened with the insurance. I was buying the car in good faith at the time.Adrian said he would only refund me if he had seen clarification from my insurance. His excuse was he turned down a sale within that hour." Pure lies

Never write a review but was worried about the bad reviews with this business.Messaged Adrian on Donedeal to say I would travel on saturday morning (1.5hours) to view a camper. Received a reply that yes they were opened that morning.Arrived at 10.30, no salesman present. One guy kindly showed me to the camper and left me there. When I returned to the sales office, I believe Adrian (he did not introduce himself) informed me that I could not drive the camper as a new battery was on order. I also could not talk to the previous owner because of data protection. The salesman made no attempt to interact or even get up from his desk. I left.I can see the curtesy and the attention to basic detail is sadly lacking at the business. Poor performance and standards.

Bought a fabulous caravan but 3 months after purchase I'm still waiting for the missing parts that were promised at the time of purchase. Despite numerous 'phone calls and texts it's impossible to get good after sales service...caveat emptor !UPDATE.....parts received, worth waiting for as they are brand new

Wow dodgy as could be. Very dubious!They love to talk about availability and prices, but totally ignore you when asking about when/if the caravan has been serviced.I could not buy inconfidence and after seeing other reviews, it all makes perfect sense.*Update in reply* no I contacted you, was greeted in a very poor manner and felt puzzled as to why I got no answer when asking about a particular caravan being serviced. I then took a look at your reviews and no I can see the full picture. Best of luck in pulling the wool over people's eyes with your lame replays on the reviews section. You are doing yourselves a real injustice....

Staff said they would have Alhambra (Just in a few days) ready to look when I arrived. I drove 40 miles to see it. When I arrived the car was not ready and needed to be jump started.(now says has not been started since Christmas) Car was in awful shape none of the electronics were working , radio, heating, keyfob to name a few. Rain was leaking through a damaged door. Loads of pocket covers, seat levers and switches damaged or missing. Out of curiosity asked how much he would give me as a trade in, £800 less than webuyanycar. Cowboys!!!

Great service and great products provided. Just after receiving our mobile all the way to Ireland. A gorgeous chalet for a reasonable price. We couldn't be any happier with our new home and cannot wait to finally move into it.There was no quick response to our messages, but the mobile was built in no time and looks absolutely amazing. Everyone loved it.Would definetely recommend.
