The manager was very rude BE CAREFUL!!!!I brought the jacket to dry clean and during collection I noticed it was still stained. So left to clean it again. Picked up 2nd time, the inside material got bubbled so I asked to fix it as the jacket bought only 2 weeks ago. I COLLECTED for the 3rd time and the jacket was destroyed all bubbly inside. I AM ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED, as he didn't take any responsibility and told me to go and speak to the jacket maker so they issue me a refund!!! How normal is he??!!!BtW jacket DKNY

This dry cleaner has destroyed my babies sheepskin seat liner beyond any use. The item definitely has been exposed to too high heat and has shrunk to no use. The dry cleaner hasn’t got a conscience to admit and take liability. Avoid at all cost !!!

I have been a customer for many years, although Covid had stopped this for some time. I have always found the staff to be very polite, helpful and courteous and my clothing has always been cleaned to a high and satisfactory standard. Highly recommended.

I took some jeans in for alterations. The final product is great they look very natural and my requests were met perfectly. My only complaint is that it took a day longer than expected.The staff were friendly and the gentlemen serving me explained everything properly.
