Very slow service at this branch, I've been there a few times when there's four staff on shift and they're taking several minutes to serve one customer between the two who were serving. They also seem to run out of stuff so fast, every other time I go for breakfast, there's either no baguettes or no bacon/sausage/egg. Other branches I visit don't seem to have these issues as much, even when busy or when I'm going late morning.

Happy friendly staff every time we've been.Hot food is always served that way and the staff always warn if very hot.It's really clean and well presented with a great variety.

Today I purchased food from Greggs at Princess Alice Drive, the server forgot to put my hot sandwich in with the rest of my order and gave me my items bagged up and said “next please” to that I assumed everything was in my order. Halfway home, I reached into the bag to get my hot sandwich and it wasn’t there. I then stopped at Greggs Kingstanding Circle, went to purchase the Same sandwich that was missing. I mentioned this to the staff and they kindly replaced my food free of charge even though it wasn’t their mistake! Thank

Nice Breakfast and Coffee, I had a sausage & bacon roll with tomato ketchup with a latte.I also had a sweet treat Apple Danish.Overall I enjoyed the food i ordered.Recommended claiming rewards on the Greggs app you can order in advance and select a time slot when your be arriving and after you have accumulated 9 items you get the 10th free.
