Previous client. Called three times before getting a response. All I wanted was a copy of a court document and was then told I needed to book an appointment at a cost up to £138.00. Incredible!! Definitely will not be recommending this company.

A friendly, down to earth and very professional approach from Deanne and her team. My husband and myself were given a reduction in price for drawing up our Wills, along with some very sensible and reassuring advice regarding a complex issue which no other Solictor's firm would deal with. I would highly recommend this firm.

I had an excellent professional and friendly service from Emma and Karen in dealing with my late father's estate.Throughout the whole process, they were always on hand to patiently and promptly answer any queries I had and I have no hesitation in recommending CMS to potential clients.

Very happy with service received from CMS. The Bognor Regis office dealt with the probate on my late mother's estate and the Littlehampton office dealt with the conveyancing in selling my late mother's house. The staff are very approachable and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

If only reviews allowed 0* because 1 is way too many for this place.They are the perfect solicitor for someone wanting to cut family out of a will and it's even easier for them to ignore dementia.They are money grabbing and try to belittle other Solicitors who are able to use technology while they don't understand the security risk of sending personal details through the post.While we weren't direct clients of theirs the two people who were got away with a lot of things because they had an unscrupulous, immoral and unethical solicitor backing them.If you want a solicitor that will make your legal matter a smooth one with a lot of support, different ways to communicate, and piece of mind then look elsewhere.If you want a solicitors that will cover up immoral behaviour, ignore medical evidence and make your legal matter a joke then use theis one.

Extremely poor experience.Won't recommend to anybody.Unfortunately Mrs Rosie couldn't even read my statements. I've had to explain simplest purchases. That was ridiculous. After that Mrs Rosie was ignoring my emails for couple of weeks. That also delayed my potential property purchase which I had to cancel. Worst experience ever.
