I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a surveyor. I recently contacted him to perform a survey on an upcoming house purchase and his service was impeccable. His report was comprehensive and thorough, he also spent time on the phone taking me through all the issues that he had seen. We used Paul for a Level 2 survey on a house we are in the process of buying. We were really happy with his services. Our situation was a bit complicated because of missing building regulation approvals and I spoke to Paul multiple times to clarify these things. And, he was very helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Paul as a surveyor.

I have used Jex surveyors twice so far, in both cases Paul has done an amazing job and offered great value service, he is always approachable and willing to discuss the report outcome, he always makes it an easy process start to finish and on both occassions he has spotted issues i would not have known about otherwise which has saved me alot of money as these have been caught mid sale so i can negotiate with the seller to have this rectified before the sale completes

Paul has performed Home Buyer Survey Level 2 for a property we are looking to purchase. He has been communicating very clearly and made effort to help us understand what is a complicated report.
