Fantastic tour of Ponant’s Le Champlain Cruise ship at Greenock today. What a ship! Although it’s a smaller cruise ship, we were amazed how spacious and well appointed this ship actually was!! A big thank you to our hosts at Ponant and Thorne travel who were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They looked after us all very well. Lovely afternoon tea at Seamill Hydro and It was a lovely touch giving us all a parting goodie bag.

This was our 2nd Cruise through Thorn Travel. Their customer services is second to none. We received an excellent service from John Ferguson always professional and very knowledgeable on cruises.John you do you job magnificently, it just comes naturally to you. We were made to feel special. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

We had a wonderful experience this week on a Christmas Market Cruise, hosted by our Cruise Director, John Ferguson. He looked after his party and invited every one to dine with him on one of the evenings.Excellent service, would highly recomend an escorted cruise with Thorne Travel.

A fantastic opportunity to see Northern Europe and the markets in the run up to Christmas.Loved the luxury coach up and down from Scotland. All mod cons with a phone charging point at your seat.Plenty to eat and drink and good company.A good sized group. Loads of fun and camaraderie among us too.Well organised and Thorne Travel’s reps available every day and at dinner if you had any questions.A good choice of excursions on board and easy to access to local public transport in each port for the more adventurous.You can be on your own as much as you want, and there’s always someone there if/when you want company.Looking forward to the next one.

Brilliant cruise travelling with Thorne Travel to Norway on MSC Virtuosa. Coach to Southampton from local pick up point - brilliant! Great hosts accompanied us too. Can’t rate highly enough . Great cruise from start to finish.
