Terrible . They are definitely not express delivery so don't know why they have this name. Zero communication, late delivery. Had to call and beg. Sent 300 not 360 of item until I called them out . Never again . Very amateurish business behind every thing .

Very good customer service. It does happen when you order something and it doesn’t arrive because it’s out of stock. As soon you contact them, they send more expensive replacement or refund the money. Very happy so far.
