University Of Bristol Swimming Pool
Good pool with friendly staff and lifeguards, good student entry price and the changing rooms were spotless.The only reason this isn't 5* is due to how crowded and narrow the lanes were. I was also confused as to whether or not the pool block made the length 20m instead of 25m.Other than that I can see why it's a popular pool, and will definitely swim here again.

Always clean, and spot on for use. There are 6 lanes available on Tuesday mornings, and now that term has started they all get pretty packed. The two fast lanes are always the most empty (fast swimmers Ew) but medium lanes should be allright if you're an okay swimmer

The best swimming pool I've tried in Bristol. It's not far from the center, the subscription is not too expensive, the hygiene is on point and the clientele is composed primarily of young fit students so you will not have the problem of being stuck at a low pace in the medium/fast lane (which can happen in other public swimming pools).

Nice pool, and good temperature (not too freezing!). One thing they could do with though is wave-absorbing lane ropes like you get at most public pools. This place has just a rope and a few floats along it, meaning if you've got some professional squad training in the lane next to you, diving in and practicing racing, it's like swimming in a storm!

The toilets and the changing facilities need a thorough cleaning. Yesterday the toilet smelled urine. I became sick after swimming last Thursday which lasted two days and again on Monday which is ongoing. So did my partner. I guess they use too much chlorine.

Highly restricted opening hours, the booking system just cramps more people together, the lane etiquette is poorly executed, locker rooms are badly maintained. The pool is frequently closed due to poor water quality…

A very hygienic and clean pool!! Went for a casual swim and was very pleased by the great quality of the pool! More than half of the pool is quite deep so not many areas that are shallow was was the only con for somebody who does not like dee pools. Ut was nice that there were places to put water bottle and towels next to the pool as well. Recommend it!

My fav pool in Bristol. It's set up for people who just want to swim lengths. So you can usually just turn up, pick your lane and go. It is really good that everyone at different levels can get to practice their swimming well.
