Man and his son were extremely rude to my parents. Place is dirty and the owner is terribly unprofessional.

I arrived on time and was asked to wait in a room of a large private house. The room was filled with some quite old looking equipment. The whole room looked like it needed a good clean. I waited over fifteen minutes and then left without being seen. I took the form they asked me to fill out also as it said nothing about what they would do with my personal data. I think I wasnt missed for quite some time as I was called half an hour later to ask why I left. He was busy on a call apparently. Customer service, NOT!

I just phoned this company to ask a few questions and he was very rude and said my questions were stupid. From the get go he sounded unpolite and unprofessional.

The man who answered the phone was evasive and quite rude. Didn't introduce himself or his business. Very peculiar conversation, I was looking for an quick appointment to get a troublesome nail removed - he was more interested in telling me that I must be wearing the wrong shoes and all the the things that could go wrong with such a procedure. Please! If you don't want the job just say so. ODD!

Very strange experience. Treatment room seriously dated, dirty, dusty. He goes on and on and on. Do not want to hear his views on politics, or how ALL shoes are rubbish nowadays (including the shoes I was wearing). Proceeded to show me a 25 year old pair of shoes (horrible), but in his opinion were the best shoes ever, and what everyone should be wearing.Tells me he’s the best, most qualified in Ipswich. Criticised woman I saw previously on Foxhall Road, which I found unprofessional - but she was just as crazy…maybe being an absolute loon is the only criteria to do this profession. Would rather chop my feet off than have to see either again

If I could give 0stars I would. Didn’t answer the door, left us waiting and popped head out too window to tell us he was on the phone, ask what we wanted to which I replied I’m here for my sons appointment at 2pm, he forgot!! Then once he finally came down he was abrupt and rude, complained whole time on the appointment and was extremely unprofessional!!!! I Do not want to hear about his political views and all his personal views whilst paying £40!! Room was dirty and not well kept with some old equipment and what looked like very old medical foot dressings. Will never attend again and would never recommend!!

Got there first impressions weren't that good, had to wait outside for quite some time and whilst in the room. Came across very abrupt, ask alot of personal questions, wanted to complain about the receipt I needed for my healthcare. Moaned and complained from start to finish. The only good thing he saw me last minute, I was in the chair fifteen minutes Wouldn't go again or recommend

Very genial and personal service. I have incredibly sensitive feet and put off visiting a podiatrist for years. Having been consulted here I now wish I had found this podiatrist years ago. Would recommend.
