Before lockdown I paid this company thousands of pounds to plant trees in our house. We ordered more than 75 trees.Many of their trees died soon after. I took pictures and send to them.I had to exchange many emails with them to ask for resolving the problem.I sent them photos. They kept sending people who has been rude to my wife in one occasion and tried to accuse us of a wrong doing. They refused to refund.Then they accept to re-plant the dead trees. But never happened.We had to remove what they planted for us. We went to the garden centre and bought new trees.They kept dragging and not answering my emails till lockdown happened.I kept asking them and then they decided not to reply me at all.I thought it’s better to leave something here for such a bad experience we had with this company. Hopefully other customers can see it.Whenever we go to our garden, this memory of dealing with this company comes back to me.

The two fellows that showed up to removed a large storm damaged tree were personable and professional. We watched them from our house and they were incredibly safety conscious. Just a great job!

I have used Bartletts twice for multi tree and huge hedge removal, both times they arrived on time, did the job efficiently and cleaned up immaculately. They are pleasant to deal with and even managed to work around a very sentimental rose bed without putting a foot on it. The prices are very competitive, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Have used Bartlett's before as they are reliable, professional in the way they carry out the work, and very knowledgeable.

Skilled workers who arrived punctually and were very tidy in their work and clearing the vegetation cut down. The team carefully and efficiently trimmed, pruned, reduced height and shaped two large feature conifers which had grown badly out of shape over a number of years. Very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend.
