I'd highly recommend Cavendish for selling your home. Not only did they find a suitable buyer swiftly and efficiently, but they were also very proactive in liaising between buyer, seller and our solicitors when needed to help the sale go through smoothly, really going above and beyond what the average high street estate agent normally does. Both Sam and Emma were very helpful and pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process.

I rented a flat for 2 years with Cavendish Residential and they are been exceptional. From the very beginning to the last day they dealt with any inconvenience that happened in the flat efficiently and with no extra costs. Bradley, specially, works in a very professional way and sorted all my issues out. I would definitely rent again with them if I needed to.

OGood letting agent, they have a good maintenance team with good response time. They're reasonable when it comes to late payments of which I made one purely because I forgot. Landlord was reasonable and friendly as were the neighbours who have taken many of my delivaries and asked for nothing in return. However they dont set up direct debits so you cant set up an automatic charge costing me about onehundred pounds a year in cashback. I asked their staff about it, who initially didnt seem to care. I did recive an email the same day amout this review which made me feel like i'd been a little harsh. But still no cashback.

I lived in a Cavendish Residential maintained property for 6+ years and they were always fair and professional with rent increases & quick to deal with any major maintenance issues.As with any rented property/landlord you have to be fairly insistent with things that they may consider smaller issues otherwise things may just be left unresolved, but for the most part they always tried their best to satisfy any issues I had.

Wonderful, friendly, compassionate, helpful, professional-this is how I would summarise Cavendish. I enjoyed being one of their tenants and for everything they were helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I’d be more than happy to rent through them again. I cannot recommend their services enough-they are brilliant.******As a tenant-they were wonderful and kind and friendly and helpful when I was looking for a property; I'd just lost my Mom before needing to relocate and start a new job, and Cavendish helped make things go smoother. They were fantastic and arranged an immediate response after I'd noticed some of the roof tiles had slipped.Thank you so much-from a happy tenant!

We enlisted the management services of Cavendish for a property in Nottingham back in 2010. We recently sold the property after 13 years with the company. The Cavendish team were professional every step of the way. This included finding quality tenants, often with very fast turnarounds, taking care of the financial side of things and keeping us up to date with changes to landlord obligations. The property had quite a few maintenance issues throughout this time and this department was always on hand to get the problems sorted as quickly as possible.We were happy to have had Cavendish as our managing agent and would recommend them to anyone involved in residential letting.

I have rented a property through Cavendish Residential for over 3 years and they have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They have gone out of their way to help me sort things out and have always ensured all maintenance has been done promptly and to a good standard. I can give special praise to Henry (Senior Property Manager) who has, on many occasions, gone above and beyond with his warmth, kindness and desire to get things done and always with a smile. He’s been an absolute star who has made my renting experience a pleasure.
