TK Maxx

Looks like Aladdin's cave.Defo an arm workout, searching the racks of clothes.Worth a lookOnly if you are prepared to do a thorough search.

Something which I don't understand in tkmaxx and other shops. It's October. Halloween month. And you have just few decorations for Halloween and shelves full of Christmas stuff. Like, why? Is that hard to wait till end of the month?

As TK Maxx goes, this store is on the smaller side and inconveniently situated in one corner at the back of Pavilions Shopping Centre. Has a slightly smaller range of items as other stores. Same great value. Moving escalator to go up to the men's section and stairs down. Or there is a customer lift.Given the choice I would prefer to go to one of the larger stores.

I visited here a few days ago and I enjoyed it very much and it is a very good place to buy with very reasonable prices and high quality products.

Tend to get dragged around here every time one is in range, same old tatt to me & the stores looks like it's been hit by a hurricane with stuff scattered all over the place but my partner in crime loves the place so do duties.

If you can put up with the mess of a jumble sale, it's a great place to pick a bargain. On Saturdays it's a mess, the staff just can't keep up with the customers mucking up the rails.

I came here to buy some shoes at last minute for my Sister's wedding. There was an excellent range of men's shoes so I found what I needed. I will definitely come back here.

PAINFUL RETURN PROCESS (35 minutes stood at a till).Went in to collect my ONLINE purchases from this store today. The person who collected my items was fine, and the lady on the fitting rooms was kind and allowed me to go in and try my items on.I don't think there's any point in taking the items home and then having to come in to return them, so wanted to make the process a lot simpler for myself.WOW how wrong I was. Got to the till, and a young girl with long braids began 'serving' me - I use the term 'serve' with hesitation, as her stinking attitude begged the question as to whether she'd ever learnt to smile in her entire life.This girl (who was blatantly un-interested in me or my queries) tipped all of the clothes I had placed back into their individual bags, all over the till.She then stated - 'Well, I'm not sure what to do.' (Helpful commentary: not!).The young girl then asked her colleague to help - an older women with a similar stinking attitude, who let the girl struggle along for 15 minutes whilst she served other people.When the queue had died down, I asked the older woman if she would help the girl that was serving me. Her response was extremely rude, however, I do applaud her no f%c*s given attitude. The woman said 'No I cannot help because it is the end of my shift and I don't want to.'I actually nearly laughed I was so taken aback by this!In the end, I asked the older woman to get a manager as this was beyond painful now!Please note - I was not shouting at this point, nor had I raised my voice to either of these rude people. I was impatient as it was not hitting the 30 minute mark and I have usually been able to return items back to TK MAXX with ease.The male manager was LOVELY. Super friendly, obviously knew what he was doing when it came to returning online purchases, and he apologised (which I didn't expect him to - as it should have been the other younger girl and older woman who should have had the decency to do that).I told the manager that 'I am not a Karen, but that girl's attitude is beyond horrific' - to which the manager said he would discuss this with her.Having worked in retail as a teen, I know sometimes it can be horrendous - but I would NEVER and did never treat a customer in such a lazy and bizarre way.I doubt that there will be anything done with this, nor will this comment be acknowledged - but oh my goodness TK MAXX, train your staff better!!Lovely manager though -- thank you so much for your help!

It's a TK Maxx so it's much like a jumble sale gone mad. Seems to have gone down in quality and up in quantity recently. Very rare that I come away with what I went in for but also uncommon that I come away with nothing so they must be doing something right,

A giant jumble sale of a shop, random end of line items. This is one of the neater TK Maxx that I have been in, usually there are clothes all over the floor but this one has somehow managed to keep them on the hangars. Worth a trip if you want to see the amazing home section with random glittery and silvery statues and lamps.And a large selection of the most horrendous clothing.Although I was tempted by some unique" smokers jackets haha"
