My mum and daughter both love it here. It isn't crowded with tables & chairs, and mum likes their loyalty scheme - get card stamped and get a free brew. Nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of town.

Love the store - especially my favourite brand of casual clothing Mantary, that they sell there. The store overall has something for everyone, and a must when looking for a gift for someone special. The quality of the merchandise superb, and when buying for someone else, I always believe it shows them you've made an effort, and cared enough to get them something special that you cannot easily fins elsewhere in the high street.

Terrible staff, I will never forgive them for not letting my disabled child use the disabled toilets because I didn't have the Radar key... A very wet child due these horrible people. Not all disabilities are visible, but cruelty is easy to Spot.

Well had a click and collect order.. And waited what seemed like ages as the lady was helping a customer on the phone.. It was only after a long time of keeping me waiting ( a customer eventually walked away as she wasn't acknowledged, and was there before me) she rung the bell for her colleague to come attend to me..being a large department store, and the fact its been around for years. That's not the service i expect.. I accept she was occupied with a customer. But how long did it take to realise that she can actually press the button...

Unfortunately, debenhams is a shadow of its former self, the range of goods has been scaled back over time, particularly in household goods, not that long ago it was possible to make comparisons between makes and models, it is catch 22, how much stock can they afford to keep when so many are able to get more variety online, I hope they are able to strike a better balance over time!

Very big store spread over 5 floors. Quite a lot of big names in here. Everything is displayed neatly and there is loads of room to manoeuvre between racking. Pretty sure you would even find a kitchen sink here too. Lots of escalators to get you between floors. Huge carpark with reasonable rates is part of the complex and takes up 3 floors or thereabouts.

Fantastic staff, really helpful. Good parking available in the Market Place shopping center - can park 60 minutes for free - good range in store and the collection desk available on the top floor for more. Loads of ladies wear in the basement but be aware next to no phone signal at least the store has free WiFi.

Awful shopping experience. Staff not aware of discounts being offered online (not specified as online only). Very few staff manning the tills on a Saturday afternoon. Not really a surprise that this high street chain is in difficulty. A shadow of it's former self.

I didn't actually intend on going into Debenhams but my daughter had an accident in the car park and I needed a first aider. There was a first aider in the Debenhams cafe and she was absolutely lovely. She spent so much time with my daughter, helping to calm her down and reassure her. She gave her a free drink and made my daughter feel so at ease. I don't usually go to Debenhams cafe but I absolutely will do it future.
