The expert in fitness, health, and wellness. I started working with Luke after shoulder surgery. My physiotherapist thought it would be beneficial to start training in additional to therapy. By the end of my physiotherapy, my physio informed me that they had never seen such an amazing recovery from surgery and he said it was undoubtedly a result of training with Luke. Luke developed a tailored nutrition and training plan focusing on helping me recovery from surgery. He adjusted it regularly as I progressed. As a bonus, I lost 10 kilos. Now I have completely recovered and train 4-5 days a week. I have no plans to stop training with Luke, as he continues to ensure I get stronger and healthier.

I started working with Luke about 9 months ago, looking to make a significant change to my health, general fitness and appearance but with no clue where to begin! Since then, I have grown in confidence and feel healthier than ever. Luke took the time to get to know me and my eating habits before putting together a meal plan guide and workouts to suit me. Before having weekly PT sessions, I had never picked up a weight or used any gym equipment and was scared to go the gym alone. Luke has given me confidence in my own ability and body with his supportive, friendly approach; I now feel at home, even in the busiest gyms. Luke has helped me find a motivation to exercise and eat well that I never knew I had- I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Luke is the best around the Cambridge and Newmarket area. He is very professional and organised. His facility is very good and I enjoy his sessions. He has improved and changed my approach to gaining strength and conditioning my body. Also helping me with diets and daily training programs. Wouldn’t look any further than Luke Hayes for a PT.

I started with him following health problems and he worked with me to help me to reach my goals which led me to being in the best shape I had been in years. Luke has been very understanding in changes in life circumstances and adapted the programme accordingly (e.g. through pregnancy and after). Luke is absolutely fantastic! He was recommended to me by my Osteopath for chronic back pain, with my aim being to get stronger. Luke taught me a huge amount, not only about weight training, but also nutrition. He’s given me the tools and knowledge to keep progressing which is great.He has a great approach to sessions, making them challenging, but also enjoyable, and it was clear to see improvements week on week.I would have no hesitation in recommending Luke!

I started sessions with Luke because I had absolutely no idea where to start with weight training and nutrition. He made everything really clear and I managed to get in the best shape of my life within 6 months. I've now got what I need to be able to train on my own as well as knowing what it takes to really look and feel your best! Best of all he's just a really nice person so it made sessions fun! Fully recommend working with Luke.

Luke was recommended to me about 5 months ago when I wanted to regain my fitness post c-section and training has gone really well. He is completely focused on helping me achieve my goals, every session is challenging but also fun. He pushes me much further than I would ever imagined I could do, whilst making sure my technique is correct to avoid injuries. My strength has noticeably increased and I really look forward to my workouts.Luke is extremely reliable & punctual whilst also being very accommodating to my schedule making him very easy to work with. He has given me the tools to understand so much more about my nutrition and I feel genuinely supported. I would absolutely recommend Luke to anyone without hesitation!
