Greg visited to inspect and quote quickly after I contacted the firm via e-mail. Quote was reasonable and I accepted. The same day I received an e-mail with a proposed date to do the work within 2 weeks, and this date was convenient and confirmed. The friendly and professional team arrived on time, and completed the extensive work very well. They also did a very good clean-up afterwards. Very happy with the service provided.
