Good range of equipment and the treadmills are placed facing the window making for a pleasant view whilst using the machine. Only downside is that there isn't always a staff member in the training area. I wanted to ask a question about a machine but didn't want to interrupt my workout to go down to reception to find someone so I wasn't able to get an answer.

Gym and badminton use on both Monday and Friday afternoon,all over 40's badminton players welcome 3p.m to 5p.m. Mondays and Fridays,nice friendly welcoming group ,come and have a go.

I'm just sitting in the car, but my mother seems to enjoy her time here. She only has good things to say about the staff. And the exercise is doing her good.

I mainly use the gym. The staff are very friendly, and a great help. You can have an introductory session, where a member of staff will put together an appropriate exercise plan with goals you can aim for.

It was so much nicer on the sports field before the cricket club decided they own it and roped of half the field. Now back to normal. A lovely safe place to walk.

Leighton Recreation Centre
Like most leisure centres/gyms it has most of what you need. There are classes for all ages, health types and fitness levels, all the usual activities. The equipment is first rate.Quietest time between 10 - 4.00 weekdays, there is plenty of free parking.The staff are very friendly and helpful.
