10/10 would recommend!Had Kira arrange balloons and decorations for my mums 40th and they were absolutely fantastic! Completely tailored to what we wanted and was super helpful throughout the whole process (helped to create the perfect party atmosphere)! She arrived to our venue and had organised the whole balloons and decorations within an hour!Other companies quoted us £400+ and we got ours through Billington Balloons for almost half the price of others!Would absolutely recommend using her services! Incredible value for money too
