Mine was not an easy property to sell but the agency never tired. Where some may have thrown in the towel they persevered. And were ultimately successful. I would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately we were not impressed with this estate agent compared to the one we were selling our house through. I never got my questions answered or call backs. When things were not looking good on the day before completion i felt they were blase and didn't chase things which made it very stressful. They also would not hand over keys even when the solicitors rang me 40 mins prior to say the funds had been released. Very poor service. I would not recommend. On the up side Lauren was polite and friendly when we first made an offer on the house then we had to deal with the others.

The experience with Sinclair's was brilliant. From Dan's initial visit where he gave me tips on improvements regarding presenting and staging my home to make the best and quickest sale. Then taking great pictures to highlight my property. Through Lauren, Debbie and Sandra all communicating superbly with me regarding interest, viewings, and offers.Even when things didn't go well with buyers pulling out due to changes in mortgage rates and other outside influences, the work was always being done and the next viewings were already lined up and ready to go.Throughout what I can only describe as very difficult sale and onward purchase the staff at Sinclair have been fantastic. Debbie was excellent and professional communicator. Debbie was always helpful and supportive from the start to end of the process. Debbie was always quick in her responses and gave us many advises and always was following up for us on all matters. Also, Lauren was so helpful when Debbie was out of office on one occasion. Overall experience with Debbie and Lauren was wonderful. This company is very well professional and cooperative.

Sinclair are an excellent team you managed the sale well. Appointments were well managed and they worked hard to get offers in. Realistic pricing got the foot fall needed which in turn led to a selling over asking. They were also very proactive with chasing solicitors and took a lot of hassle out of the selling process.

Very satisfied with Sinclairs service. They advised how to prepare the house pre sale, the first viewer bought at asking price. The conveyancing was protracted due to purchasers chain issues and at all times Lauren at Sinclairs kept me reassuringly informed. A good service that I'd recommend to anyone.
