Having had surgery I was referred for Physio. I was placed in the amazing hands of Saskia. Wow what a lovely young lady. So patient, kind and caring giving positive encouragement along the way to my recovery. A credit to her profession thank you so very much.

My whole experience, nursing care and attention, and the facilities that I stayed in were of first class service.The staff were amazing and the personalised service offered was super. The Theatre team put me at great ease when I arrived in the department.The food served by the catering team was lovely and the menu was individualised.The facilities were spotless; a real credit to Housekeeping.From the moment that I walked in to the hospital, to the moment I was discharged, the whole experience can be highly recommended.Thank you

I should like to thank Mr A J Khan Ophthalmologist for the excellent service I received from him recently when I needed an urgent eye examination. I found it very easy to book the appointment online and I was very happy with all aspects of the service received including the associated administration which was all dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. Physiotherapy department have been very encouraging. I have completed my course of treatment after a knee replacement. The exercises they have sent me have been extremely useful and the advice given at my one to ones has been invaluable.

Right from the initial consultation I was informed of everything that would happen ,the service from admittance staff to nurses, anaesthetist and consultants was absolutely magnificent. The staff genuinely could not do enough for me. The room, the food and all the attention offered I would highly recommend to anybody

I cannot fault a single thing with my stay at The Lincoln, every single person I came in contact with were just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were helpful, caring, understanding and extremely professional.If I have to have another stay in hospital I hope its at The Lincoln. Saying thank you for all the care I received seems really inadequate.

What can I say other than the whole experience from the point of referral to the aftercare following surgery was outstanding.The nursing staff were amazing and the most professional I have ever come across, and I have worked in the NHS for 30 plus years. They really are as good as that.The theatre staff were a credit to themselves and the hospital as well and the surgeon, Mr Mark, was absolutely top drawer.This hospital should be held up as an example to all others in the NHS for its level of service, organisation, professionalism and care.Thank you all so very much.

I can’t praise this hospital enough, from arriving at reception to having my operation, all the staff go above and beyond they are all so helpful and friendly, the food is very very good and I was looked after from beginning my treatment to going home. I have always had a bad phobia of hospitals but at this hospital I was put at ease immediately. I am due to have another knee replacement and just hope I can get it done here - Excellent

This is my second hip replacement left then the right one , the only thing different this time was the pre opp physio class a couple of weeks before. This I found invaluable as it put my mind at rest and I was able to talk about my fears with a physiotherapist also educated on what exercises are important to recovery.Over all I received an excellent and professional service from all the staff. Great team.

This was my second treatment.The treatment was very painful and staff in the treatment room were slow to react, despite my verbal communications that got louder. The consultant quickly finished the injection. I only received assistance when I asked some to please raise my knee as I couldn't move and was in pain.Maybe they didn't believe i was in excruciating pain.Last time I had a staff member chatting to me, distracting me. This time there was no friendly chat and no-one next to me.I was embarrassed with the situation and apologised, and although staff began to show concern, I felt it was somewhat delayed.The staff outside the treatment room were very caring, helpful and kind. I was given the after treatment pamphlet but was not told about medication side effects or who to call. It may be because I'd been before but all the same I would have felt better to be reminded.
