Shake Shack Brent Cross
Had the Smoke Shack which contained a piece of bacon and Fifty fifty - a mix of lemonade and ice tea. Both were new to me. Although the cheese seemed to be oversized I could hardly recall what it tasted like. The highlight of Shake Shack burger has always been the brioche, so I wasn’t too disappointed. The price and performance matrix has always been something to be desired and I felt the same this time. Were they bad? Not really. But it certainly was enough to bring me back next week.

Nice crispy chips, but the chicken burger was not crispy enough and also quite dry. Flying Fudge concrete was a bit of a shambles. If you ate it blindfolded, you'd struggle to identify it as chocolate flavoured. The chocolate chunks tasted cheap and powdery. Surprised a chocolatier put his name to it. Restaurant was clean at least.

Great family place. I went with my 9 year old son, and we both had a burger with crinkly chips.He actually wanted to go to McDonald’s, which is normally his place of choice, but I vetoed it, so we compromised on the Shake shack and he loved it!There place and food are what you would expect, but there was a lady assisting (didn’t get her name, she could have been Italian), who went out of her way to help us and make our stay pleasant.Just for that, I give it a 5!

When I went to shake shack I could tell the atmosphere was very welcoming. I was greeted by the staff and It was all very sweet and nice, there was this one manager, Afia. She always seemed so happy and sweet and gave me a very warm welcome and had this really infectious smile and when I was able to talk to her she was as sweet as I Imagined. The food was also really delicious and fantastic! I loved it all and I would definitely come again

This one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life. The service from Alketa was incredible, and Ermira was very gentle and soft spoken. I can’t wait to go back again with my family.

The burgers are tiny, no proper meal options. We paid around £27 for two burgers, 1 fries and 1 drink. The chicken burger was tasty but small. Also, had beef burger and it is nothing special.Friendly staff during the ordering.

The cheesy fries were nice, the smashed burger tasty but a bit small, tea was very watery. Considering how pricey it was compared to other burger chains of similar prices I felt disappointed.

Experienced remarkable service at this branch courtesy of Jermain who served me and helped me with my indecision. When my toddler needed the loo as soon as our meal arrived, Vaishnavi was really helpful and let me leave my food at the table rather than having to take it with us (which would have been gross).Burger was decent! I enjoyed the custard ice cream too.

I place an order online to delivery to my house and because was almost closing time they didn’t do the order in a proper way, also this si not the first time that is happening to me and when I request the refund of the items missing in my order they didn’t want to do it. As I said before this is not the first time. Also I try to call to the restaurant they pick the phone and hang it straight away. The food also arrive cold and not well cook. I don’t recommend this place to make delivery orders because is missing always items and the quality of the food is not good enough. You can see in the photo what I order and what I get. Please can I get the money of the items no delivery back please.

I have been eating in this shake shack with my friend for a long time, but every time Afia is working, it makes my day better. She is always very welcoming and incredibly sweet. It makes my experience better and better. I look forward to coming here more often, especially with the amazing staff that Brent Cross has.
