Very quick service, Mr.Cox is friendly and helpful I would wholeheartedly recommend Direct IT Support.Martin performed differential diagnostics on my PC (which had completely stopped working) on the same day I contacted him, and I had my machine back before teatime, up and running. Martin was communicative and knowledgeable and took all the stress out of having essential kit suffer unexpected downtime. 5*.
