I've been taking my car to and my daughters cars and my nephews car also here for a number of years now and the service by the owner especially and staff as well is nothing short of outstanding. When ever i go here nothing is ever to much trouble for them. I definitely recommend them to anyone and i will continue to use them as will my family members. May Allah reward them in this life and the hereafter ameen

One of the best mechanical in areas, except that staffs are very polite and helpful, even affordable compare to other garage. X

I had the best service ever . I had to drive from Crewe to Stoke on Trent for this service. None of the garages in Crewe had dates for replacing my brakes. As a nurse I don't know how I could have carried on driving 54miles to work with a defective car yet I was being given dates over a week or 2 weeks. I think garages should prioritise some mechanical defects.

Very poor service, was recovered by a breakdown company who diagnosed the issue with the car ( saving VRS that job ) car was taken to VRS as they were the only garage in the area working Saturday and could fit it in ,, the vehicle was taken into the owner of the garage was told it needs a new alternator belt fitted plus tensioners ,, when the breakdown Machanic left,, the owner told us there was no need to replace the tensioners they are fine , so they decided to just replace the belt ! With a cost of £80 . Job done I thought !! 2 weeks later the alternator belt shredded again , breakdown came out again and asked did they replace the tensioners ?? I told him they said they didn’t need replacing ! I was then told they probably couldn’t be bothered replacing it as it’s an awkward job because clearly they needed replacing as the same problem has accrued!!So after a heated conversation with the VRS owner he refused to fixed the problem he had caused by not fixing what needed fixing in the first place! Best he offered was a replacement belt which I went to collect off him , needless to say I will definitely not be returning to this bunch of cowboys, best advice to anyone, steer clear from this garage!!

I don't recommend this mechanic. I went there a while ago, because my car was losing power. He's told me my car has problem with EGR. Charged me £280 for fixing it. After 2 days I had again problem, went there back, he put just diagnostic cancelled faults and that's it! He doesn't even touch my car and charged me £280 saying that he's done it. When I left my car was exactly same as before.. broken. Be careful guys, don't spoil your money on this garage !
