Avoid at all times. They broke my nails and over all they did a very bad job. I called them they said come back at this time, or come back at that time, they kept giving me excuses…. And they’re very rude definitely not 5 star more like 0 star. Also they charge you 4 pounds more than the Average nails salons. If you’re in whetstone go to Mimi at Lavish salon in whetstone high street she’s amazing and cheaper than them she’s super talented…

Had a gel manicure today, I have barely any nails but they still somehow made it work, very happy with the result!

Very disappointed with my pedicure, didnt even get to soak my feet 24 minutes from start to finish. Drying time was longer. Yes I timed it. Last few times, it's been very rushed, had to request for nails to be filed and a look as if to say, why do you want them filed, telling me they're ok. Really! They used to be so good, but service has dramatically deteriorated. The shop was empty on a Saturday morning, says a lot. Over priced for the lack of service received. And as someone else said, very rude talking in their language when theres only two customers in the shop, not impressed. Bring back the old staff, they actually cared and did a thorough job.

Amazing place for your nail. Every time exceptional service. Really happy with service received. I do not go anywhere else to do my nails as people do my nails knows my requirements really well.

Ive been going to this place for more than 1 year. But the past 4-5 times , they have become so rude and irresponsible. Although I have explained that my nails are so weak they did my mani pedi with the machine and refused to listen to me; to be able to do it faster to serve more clients!! Now my nails are all broken and weaker than before.Also, if you care about hygiene, they do NOT clean the tools between clients and even when I asked them to do so, they responded with a horrible attitude.I am extremely disappointed about everything, and despite all of these , they have charged me a lot!Wish I could give them 0 stars!

The worst customer service I ever had in my life. Stuff are so rude. I chose this place because it’s on my way to work. I went there few days ago to do manicure and pedicure and shallac. They were in rush to close the shop so they cut my skin few times and my nail was burning because they didn’t want to soak my nails in asiton so they start to remove my shallac only with machine even though I told them it’s really uncomfortable they didn’t listen and they put very low quality shallac for me. The day after I noticed my shallac start to peeling so I went there again and I asked them politely to fix it for me. They where extremely rude to me. I said I didn’t come for free treatment I came to fix it because it’s embarrassing to go to work with this nails. The woman there was trying to say I wasn’t there and she was asking am I sure I came to this shop. I said yes I’m sure and I just want to fix my nail but she didn’t help me to find the colour they put for me and she just talking with another language to her colleagues. I said I’m going to another shop and I never ever step in this shop anymore.

Quick and excellent service. Professional and clean. Friendly staff. I went there for the first time today. Would highly recommend this place and so much better than the other local nail bars.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Nails broke 2 days after having them done and staff have done absolutely nothing to fix them. I never complain, but the way I was spoken to today when trying to get them fixed was a disgrace. The bad reviews are all true, they are useless and have no respect for others. I’m disgusted by the way they’ve treated me.

Over priced!!! Much more expenseive than any other place we've been to! And for no good reason. Make sure you specifically ask how much before you get started. My daughter naively went in and didn't ask. She is a young girl and at no point was there any reference to cost. £53!!! Disgraceful! Would be a 0 if it were possible.

A very nice manicure, worked fast yet was really thorough! I’m always a bit nervous about people cutting cuticles but it was very gentle, thank you!
