Passcode provided did not work. Immediately contacted via WhatsApp but took them 2 hours to respond. I had to ask for refund of course (which to be fair they did quite promptly). I managed to find street parking but without covid it would have been a total mess. Won't use again, as no can't trust service.

When I arrived, I had no space for my car, so I was forced to park next to bins. When I came back to pick up the car - it was dark there, needed to use flashlight to get to car.

Very convenient and easy to find parking space. A bit untidy, due to bins being stored in same space, but not really an issue. Polite Reception staff.
