Initially the company served the community using letterpress technology, a comparatively slow and involved process which required considerable skill, before moving to lithography in the 1970's.

Great printer! Don't be fooled by the small frontage. Its a real tardis and they have some very sizable and impressive print systems. Also they are fronted by very funny and extremely helpful staff. Real good old fashoned service with a smiles and a joke with some serious printing capabilities! 10/10

As a photographer, I popped in to get a few photos printed this morning. Staff were really helpful, prints were reasonably priced, excellent quality and turned around in a couple of hours. Prints support a wide colour gamut which was a really nice touch. Will use for all my prints from now on.

The thing I like about Ian, Margot and team is that they really care. Although they're sometimes ever so slightly disorganised when it comes to the heart of the matter they want the best. Ian has spent time with us making sure that scans print exactly (and I mean exactly) as they should. Not only that it's all done for a reasonable price and they're nice people.

Have used Somer Printing Ltd over the last 3 years and they have been amazing, a company who you can trust and leave them to impress you with their work. I should have posted a review before but what prompted me was today when I needed an emergency re print and the team excelled themselves and got the job done within a few hours.
