Highly Recommend Bike4Health They Have Done Work On My Bikes Where Other Shops Dint Want To Know or Did A Poor Job.Cant Fault The Mechanic (Taylor) Hes Very Knowledgeable Knows His Stuff & Comes Up With Solutions To Problems With Bikes.I Can Trust Bike4Health With My £9500 Santa Cruz & My Family Trikes.

My bike fit was bought for me as a birthday present. The best present for ages. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and the time spent with him will make my time on the bike much more comfortable. My top tip: if you buy a new bike book in to see Chris as soon as possible.

Bought a bike through a different company and it arrived with a few issues. Having used Bike4Health previously for a service on my mountain bike I had no hesitation getting it booked in.Top class service at very reasonable prices.The staff are fantastic. Very friendly, super engaging, and enthusiastic. More than happy to sit and chat with you about anything bike related offering plenty of tips and advice.I couldn't recommend them any higher!

Finally (I’m a fair weather cyclist) got out on my bike after a service and repairs. I could not be more pleased with the work done on my bike. Main problem was the gears and I can’t remember them ever working this well. From pick up to drop off the experience has been first class. Thank you all at Bike4Health Newcastle.

I had a Bike fit with Chris and cannot recommend it enough. I have a chronic back injury and wanted to make sure my bike was properly set up for my body so as to not exacerbate any existing injuries. Chris took the time to listen and make careful adjustments to my bike to suit me better. He sent through all the measurements afterwards via email along with extra tips and advice. I would really encourage everyone to get a bike fit when getting a new bike but especially if you have any existing injuries. I certainly got the impression from my experience that Bike4Health really do embody that name and want what is best for cyclists of all abilities.

Booked my Brompton in for a rear wheel puncture repair and service. Greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff and knew my bike would be in safe hands. Turned up to collect before bike was ready and offered a lovely, fresh cafeteria of coffee and a wifi password whilst I waited. Great price for the repair and service and the mechanic Taylor talked me through everything that had been done. Definitely be back next time any of my bikes need some TLC! Thanks!

I took my sons track bike into Bike 4 Health. Taylor went over and above what I'd have expected from any bike mechanic. He sourced parts from from abroad to fix the bike and kept in contact with me all the way. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I can't recommend bike for health enough! They the best bike shop and are very reasonably priced. Thanks again

My electric bike started to run very erratically, and after having no help from the manufacturers or local dealers I found Bike4Health. From my first contact and enquiry they were very supportive and helpful. Despite being outside their area, they picked up my bike, and from then on Artur, one of their mechanics, kept in touch with me to exlain the problem and everything he was doing to put it right. It was an unusual problem, and diagnosing it was very difficult, needing phone calls to Fazua in Germany, but he sorted it in the end and the bike was returned to me today. Great service, very friendly staff - Ronnie and Artur - and all highly recommended.
