Great shop, good choice of food and pleasant staff

I don’t think I have ever walked into a shop and felt like my custom wasn’t wanted… says you open at 8am didn’t open till 8.05am and when the shop was opened felt like I was meet with hostility and when at the counter I had no acknowledgement the member of staff carried on her duties and ignored me and I would of waited happily if she ask me to but just totally ignored me at the till point I went to walk out and then she called me back I just acknowledge that she ignored me and made a perches and left. Tbh I felt it was a bad attitude and service. I also think staff should be made aware that customers can hear when waiting at the door and the comment ( he will just have to wait ) when I attended your shop at 8am your opening times is not very professional

This place is unhygienic. The shop assistant made me a ham salad sandwich. She didn't use the tongs provided to lift the salad. She wasn't using gloves. I did object to her making my sndwich bare handed, but she fused to put on gloves

Great little shop that had a really good choice of Wright's normal pastry range despite it being quite late in the day. Very friendly, helpful and happy staff. Love the M&P pie with gravy and peas!!!

Just had a sausage, egg and cheese bap delivered. And I've got to say it was the WORST sandwich I have ever eaten. The only good thing about it was the gag it came In. The sausage was burnt and hard egg was cold and the cheese was hard in parts.

When in to today was served by lady with glasses on. All I asked have you got any hard bread in for tuna sandwich. She looked at the other customer and started laughing saying we got no crusty bread in. Make me feel right out place. Never going back this shop is not for us hard working minority. Its for the English only

I am an autistic customer who suffers vocal issues, so when I struggled to speak while ordering my food, even apologising for it, instead of the staff member being patient, her face soured, clearly decided I was a r****d and wanted me out. She did not allow me time to add more food to my order, and when I forgot to specify if I wanted my pies hot or cold, she was very rude and asked me like I should’ve know to specify. What if I was a tourist? This shop clearly has a rude staff problem (other reviews suggest this too) and they need to sort it out.
