Immaculate car. Excellent customer service!!! 5⭐️I purchased an EXTREMELY high quality car from Outpoint Motors. 2011 Audi A4 limited edition (1 of 400). Immaculate condition with perfect service history. It wasn’t on the advert so was a super bonus that the car had a replaced engine and gearbox with all proof of works and invoices.My father made a comment that this is the only car I have purchased that he has liked the condition of and actually took the keys to take it out driving himself.Communication was swift and viewing of the car the was organised and accommodated very well given the late time of arrival on a weekend. After inspecting the car, all paper work and formalities were quickly completed and was out the gates with my new car in 15minutes.

Honda Civic Type R 2009 in silver.From my initial late Saturday evening emails, that were very quickly responded to, to the purchase itself, the whole process ran very smoothly. Kurt answered all my questions in an honest manner without coming across as the stereotyped salesman doing the hard sell.Upon going to place a deposit on the car Kurt let me take my time looking around the well presented car without any pressure to sell it to me - the car and the genuinley accurate advert did that. He also allowed me to place a deposit upon the car to hold it for a much longer time than would normally be expected due to work commitments.The car had 2 minor faults on it upon initial inspection - a badly worn gear lever gater and the drivers mirror failed to fold in electrically. Kurt agreed to have both of these issues addressed and upon collection of the car they were indeed corrected and the car was presented in what can only be described in an as new condition". I was also assisted with taxing the car which should never be over looked!3 weeks into ownership I can say that I'm very happy with the car. It runs faultless

We’ll overdue this review…. I’ve been using outpoint motors now since 2016, originally buying my first vehicle from them which was an Audi TT 3.2v6 first edition that I just fell in love with the moment I arrived! Since then I’ve never used anybody else for either buying or using there sale or return service they offer, each time dealing with them has been straight forward and effortless, I’ve probably had at least 4 cars now from them, I couldn’t recommend them more and I look forward to dealing with them in the future, 5*

I’ve recently just bought my latest used car from outpoint motors (civic type R). I never leave reviews, however Kurt went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted could be done. It was a refreshing change to go to a small dealership and not get the hard sell. The car sold itself and Kurt was there to answer all of my questions. Outpoint and team deserve this 5* review 100%.

Purchased an Audi s4 avant today, brilliant service from the start. Turned up before opening and was greeted by the valeter, very helpful and the cars were immaculately clean! Once I had a good look around he contacted the owner and he was down shortly after, everything was just really easy and pressure free! Car was ready to drive away so left a deposit and collected later on!Thanks again couldn’t be happier with the car and such an easy purchase!
