I have found them very difficult to contact - someone else booked me an appointment which I tried to change, but it seems to be impossible to contact them to change or cancel an appointment!!

If you need help go and ask for help, they are very busy so make sure you have time because it can take up to 3 weeks to get a point ment but worth the wait

Very very helpful and happy to oblige... Went in, short wait, saw a lady and gave brief reasons why I needed advice, then she gave me an appointment to go back later that day to see the right person for what I needed. At appointment I was given all the advice I needed, which was explained very carefully and it turned out to be very very helpful, which ended up sorting my problem in full. ☑️☑️☑️☑️☑️

Norfolk Citizens Advice
You fill in a big form and then get a meeting three hours later. It wasn’t convenient for me and my kids so I asked if I could book an appointment for a later date only to be told no because they don’t know who will be working. The only way you can speak to someone is to book a day of work or they give you a number to call.Needless to say, my first experience of this place was awful and upsetting when I just wanted some help and support. I wouldn’t recommend the trip here to anyone!

Absolutely unhelpful and racist managerI went there about two weeks ago about discrimination some one done towards me and they said we can help but ,when the manager comes up ohhhh we can't help and I understood its from manager as she doesn't like refugee .I can see and feel she is racist honestly.Even staff they were laughing in my accent when I was explaining my situation. Shame on you manager and staff citizens advice norwich
