One star based of my experience recently, I don’t always have issues but I’ve become unwell from the food I had, the sandwich had a interesting taste, tho I asked for light Mayo it tasted like blue cheese, I ate some of that and binned the rest as it’s not my first time getting sick from Subway (though it was a few years ago) I’m pretty unwell so I figured what was the issue. It’s no longer worth me ordering in the chance of that happening a 3rd time.

Food is of good quality, however they always put less meatballs in their meatball sub than is meant to be in there. 6inch is meant to have 4 meatballs, they put 3, footlong is meant to have 8 meatballs, they put 5 or 6. When questioned, told that's how they're told to do it.Never have this problem with any other Subway. Guessing this is a franchise trying to make the most out of their money.

I do use this store a lot possibly too much. Recently had problems with the coffee machine not working more often than not.Also problems using voucher cloud vouchers there, hopefully they will fix soon.Staff are always good just need the technology to work and then will 5/5

Staff are rude they try to rush you and then don't listen to you don't look at the dates on your sub app and try to tell you it's expired when it clearly hasn't also in the past have been served mouldy sub rolls and didn't want to give a refund just another sub !

Great guy working here. Very helpful. Helpful guy has gone! Meant to open at 7am. Didn't open until 8am. Tip for Subway, appreciate good staff more!

Absurdly discusted by the service of the staff!I want in to This store to be NOT greeted by a guy sat on his phone who huffed upon getting up to serve, didn't even say hello or ask me what I wanted, just looked at me and made me feel like I was a massive inconvenience to his evening.So I proceeded to place my order of a tuna footlong sub, so he proceeded to make it, being very shy in giving Me very small scoops of tuna, so I asked for more knowing a footlong warrants 4 scoops not 3! I was rudly told its extra, so he smeared the small amount out and that was that, so I asked for grated cheese knowing it 2 scoops of cheese in a footlong he literally put a pich, again asked for more and was again told with a massive sigh it is extra... OK... so I continued.I then ordered hash brown which he clearly had in the counter but to be told its online only... well you have them so can i have them please , he replid no, online only... OK....so i proceeded to ask for spicy nachos instead. My god, I literally got 7 crisps covered in sauce, around 6 jalapeños and the skinniest amount of cheese ever. having had this several times I know how it should look, I used to eat subway every day for a year! So I know what's what.Anyway this guy rudely proceeded to wrap it up, and ask for my money, no thanks no nothing.This bloke should not be at the forefront of a CUSTOMER based retail shop when he shows no basic manners or customer service skills, if he was the front of my business he would be sacked very quickly! Not professional in the slightest!Safe to say was very un happy with my SUB standard subway, not happy at all and the staff member absolutely discusting!I ALSO HAD TO ASK HIM TO CLEAN THE KNIFE BEFORE HE CUT MY SUB, IT WAS FILTYH WITH OTHER RESIDIE OF MEAT PRODUCTS! , NO CONSIRATION FOR VEGETARIAN / PESCITARIANS!Have it your way is subways motto... like hell isit. Have it how your given it and shut up was the way I was made feel.Never ever will I send another pound TO eat in this store! And I will also post a review on Google and trip advisor for this.Absolutely disgusting.

I am 4 point short on the app so last week I decided to buy a drink to get the point then to qualify to have free sandwich but what happened next the point of that drink didn’t come straight away and I was told it will take 24-48 hr I’m sorry but that’s it works when I put use the code on the receipt manually so it should have gone automatically so I decided to buy the sandwich separately as well and they scan my app again for the point but 1 week gone and I never received those points!plus this is not the first time last year I order online and they missed my crisps as well.never go back there again

I’m a subway veteran, I’ve eaten more subways than I care to count and been to hundreds of restaurants. This particular restaurant is very good! They always have all the ingredients, the staff are friendly and very efficient. They certainly know how to make a good sandwich. It is always clean. I go to this one because I know they reliable and deliver excellent service! Highly recommend.

Phoned up this evening to complain about an order only to get some man on the other end of the phone being very rude.telling me to come down and look at the cctv to prove how he made the sub i was complaining about even though i had it in front of me and could see for myself. No customer service whats so ever. We payed 8.99 for this thinly filled sub and not even on the right bread !
