Ableworld Mobility & Stairlifts Cardiff

Went to look at mobility scooter for myself. I fancied a certain sort of scooter but was advised against it . But am happy with the scooter I bought. They were very helpful and knew their stuff . Went to both Newport and Cardiff store !! Merry Christmas to all

Plenty of choice instore, friendly staff at Cardiff and Burton on Trent but not at all helpful or interested in helping us at the Bridgend store.

The people in the store was great, were very friendly, not pushy and plenty of choice of mobility scooters. I tried 4 versions outside in the car park, and decided to buy the Vio Sport SR. I did'nt have to pay the vat as I am registered disable. They even loaded it into the car for us. Thank You

They have an amazing range of disability aids. From mobility scooters to walking aids and more. The staff don't apply heavy sales techniques. They leave you to browse. However, they will check that you're buying the right product for your needs. That includes going for a cheaper option. It is all about the customer.

ABLEWORLD Cardiff don’t even deserve 1 star, I wish there was the option to give them 0 stars!!!!!The treatment my family and I received from this company after the heartbreaking loss of our Mum was APPALLING!!!!We had paid £3,395 for a stairlift that Mum had used for less than 2 months!!!The engineer that fitted our stairlift was a GREAT guy …. which is why it was such a SHOCK when I was told by Rebecca during my first call to the store after Mum’s passing that ABLEWORLD “don’t and won’t buy back!!!”It went from bad to worse after that & she eventually put the phone down on me!!!!Her manner upset me so much that I complained to Head Office!!!We are a very warm, kind, polite family who NEVER fall out with anyone!!!!!We had just lost our Mum and ABLEWORLD were SHOCKING!!!!!Please do not buy ur elderly parents a chairlift from these people!!!!!They do NOT keep their promises!!!!!They do NOT buy back!!!!!

The people in the store was great they did not rush me explained everything about the chair service was great and the staff was very friendly and it was next day delivery which was fantastic and the boys who delivered the chair we're fantastic thank you ableworld Cardiff
