The worst customer experience I've ever had. Went in to resize my engagement ring, which was admittedly a complex resize due to the custom design. The man in there was extremely unhelpful before he'd even seen the ring, arrogant and downright rude. I gave him a couple of chances to redeem himself as it's an expensive ring and I would rather have an expert (one of his colleagues) do the job, but I left after 10 minutes because of his manner. Offered nothing helpful whatsoever, and even went so far as to insult the ring design more than once, which is just disgraceful. I'm not easily offended, but no way was I going to pay for that kind of service. Went to Dion Smith in the Corn Exchange who was a breath of fresh air; competent, professional, honest and very helpful. Would avoid Ace at all costs.

I unfortunately broke my engagement ring and came to Ace for some advice. Customer service is 10/10 - we ended up also ordering our wedding bands while we were there. My engagement ring has not only been fixed but Ace have resized it and fixed some smaller issues with it too that I hadn't even mentioned. All work was completed in less than a week! Quality of their work speaks for itself.Thank you so much!

I used Ace to replate and resize my engagement ring and repair a sentimental bracelet that had snapped in half. I am reviewing 6 months later, as my white gold engagement ring - which was custom made - started to tarnish literally a couple of months after receiving it from my fiancée. Ace replated mine over 6 months ago and it's still in excellent condition, no tarnish whatsoever. My bracelet was also repaired perfectly and feels very strong and sturdy.Quick note, there is 3 flights of stairs upto the shop, so not accessible for those with limited mobility.

Took in my chain and matching bracelet to get replacement lobster clasps as they had stretched too far and were falling off with use. The nice lady at the till took my chains to the back, and 2 minutes later returned with the clasps reformed so they would no longer fall off! When i asked how much she told me it was free of charge!Recommend
