Lovely, clean, quiet, and comfortable space - great for a meeting, a gathering or just if you need a place to work and spread out. A perfect spot for me and colleagues to brainstorm for an afternoon.

Really great space. Good size - ample room for board meeting or sole working. The space features conference desk area with large screen as well as a separate seating area with sofas. The location is very central in Brighton. Check in and communication was good and I'd definitely use this space again.

Lovely, quirky little meeting room in the heart if The Lanes. Very comfortable, and had everything we needed - from coffee, to cool drinking water and a projector. Thanks again, Chloe - see you again:)

Serendipity Meeting Room
We used Serendipity for a team away day and it was everything we needed to stay indoors for 8 hours.Super easy booking process and communication from Chloe up until we walked in the door was amazing.Lovely welcome, ideal location (you enter through a Barbers and go upstairs) and v quiet.Fully stocked facilities - TV with cables, flipchart and pens, good WiFi. Small breakout area (within the room).When leaving for lunch, room was given a tidy-round and water jugs/tea&coffee replenished.It took a lot of stress out of the day not having to ask for anything and we'd definitely be back to use again should we be back in Brighton.Thanks Chloe! 10/10

Serendipity Meeting Room
Really lovely space Hidden away amongst the jewellery shops of the South Laines of Brighton above a barbers shop. So Brighton. Loved it. Chloe was really helpful, lots of cool water, snacks, fruit available, and triple thumbs up for the super long HDMI cable. Flip charts and pens, they have thought of everything. it was a perfect space for our leadership team to get out of the office and out of our inboxes, and focus on the company's goals for next year.

Serendipity Meeting Room
Great communication. Really top spot. We were 5 people and there was plenty of room for more. There’s free refreshments and the Wi-Fi Works really well. We used the large screen and table for a team meeting. It’s quiet. We were able to leave a few things while we went on a lunch tour with Brighton Food Tours. Brilliant place and have recommended to people who want something different, in a great central spot with all the modern facilities needed. Invoicing and admin was easy and slick.

Serendipity Meeting Room
We hired Serendipity Meeting Room for a few hours to have a team strategy morning and it was the perfect spot! Really thoughtfully put together and tastefully decorated - the ideal space for creative thinking and planning! It was a very comfortable space with everything we needed including fast wifi and a big screen for the slide decks. It even has air con! I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a lovely meeting space at a very reasonable price. Chloe was very helpful and friendly. I hope to return! :)

Serendipity Meeting Room
Just spent two days using the Serendipity Room with colleagues visiting from London and Chișinău. We had a great time, really enjoyed the venue and for my guests visiting Brighton it was the perfect intro to the quirky and welcoming place that the city is. We loved the thoughtful touches with the refreshments and used the TV to help share content as we discussed.Would definitely come back if the need arises again!
