Rushed by lady on the till. She got my order wrong also and when I went back to get the correct thing she rolled her eyes and huffed. No greeting, no “Thankyou have a good day” not a good attitude, seemed she didn’t enjoy her job and other customers were also not happy being rushed off.

Brilliant customer service here, i was here a couple days ago and got brilliant service by a young gentleman here, was very patient while i was looking for my wallet buried in my rucksack. the food was also very tasty and hot and the water was a fair good price i would say.

Four staff were behind the counter talking and laughing whilst the queue was building up, they then proceeded to take the order of the man standing behind me like I was invisible, the staff assumed that I was already being served. Then gave me the wrong coffee of which I did not realise until I had got back into my car and driven off. Didnt have the energy to go back.

Edited 13/3/2023 - Went early to pick up lunch before a swim meet up the road and found them not open on time - waited for 20 mins then had to give up. Don't rely on them being open on time. Dropped from 4 to 2 stars>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Friendly staff but very long queue. Nice sandwich once served though.

Thursday 1st June popped into Gregg’s jansel house at 5.34 am got my sausage and bacon roll asked if any rolls available for later in day asked what I would like the lady came from cooking area with a smile and said sorry for the wait I was in thier for less than 5 minutes fast and great service with a smile McDonald’s could not do it faster well done your a credit to your company

This is a small Greggs but you can eat it in.The staff are hard working and effecient.Depending which way you enter the mall to access it there are lifts. There is a slope which you could easily use a wheelchair.The food is consistently good.
