Velar service. Textbook ease and great service. I’d never been to this dealership and Deborah on reception was so polite and helpful, came outside to direct me on how to drive in to their building. Greeted inside and handed over to Richard who ran through the service etc. taken to somewhere comfortable to work, given coffee. No complaints I’d arrived earlier than booked (I was happy to just work away). All completed. Car clean. Really pleasant experience. This will be my dealership in future. Thank you.

All my emails were replied to. The whole purchasing process was well explained, and the car handover was sosmooth and pleasant. From entering the showroom the lovely lady greets you and consistently with every visit I made. Jason and Clive couldn't do enough for me. Any issue I had even to the smallest detail was resolved. People suggest going to a dealer is more expensive, I thought it was reasonable and you have the fantastic experience I had with piece of mind you've got a quality motor. My new favourite dealership in which I will be returning to when I purchase again.

Terrible customer service from the branch manager Damien O’Neill. Purchased a car for £109,000 and had nothing but problems. Dealer manager refuses to listen. Continues to repair car when asked not to (for me to obtain independent report). Left me without a courtesy car for over a month. I had to tell the technician what was wrong with my car after several failed attempts to repair. The cars are about as bad as the dealership. Now onto it’s third new engine after only 29k. Car is unfit for purpose and dealer puts up a brick wall when you try to return a car that isn’t fit for purpose. Provided me with a courtesy car after being without one for a month, but it smelt like a farmyard inside. The arrogance of the manager and the brand is beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Save yourself the bother and go German.

Just bought a used Evoque, and the service I received from Charlotte was excellent. She was not only professional, polite, and knowledgable, but very helpful and friendly too. It was a pleasure dealing with her, and this dealership, and the icing on the cake to make it feel more special, was collecting it from the hand over bay. Long waits to get an appointment to fix a brand new car that’s had faults from day 2 of owning it. Mess ups with bookings. Several phone calls asking me to book when my booking has already been made. Car in for repair and engine management lights on again the same day. Call the service dept. Promised a call back. Nothing. Called several times again. Nothing. Don’t waste your money with this garage and go elsewhere. They ain’t interested in you when you need help.

A Disastrous Experience: Beware of Land Rover Derby's ServiceI regret to recount my harrowing experience with Land Rover Derby's service department, which has left me astounded by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and concern for customer safety.I recently visited Land Rover Derby to address a malfunctioning horn on my 2021 Range Rover Evoque, a matter of utmost safety. Despite my clear instructions not to merely replace a fuse, the service team ignored my concerns and replaced the fuse without addressing the underlying issue. This resulted in my horn malfunctioning again shortly after their 'repair'.However, the most alarming part of this ordeal was the near-accident I narrowly escaped on the road when my horn failed again. The dangerous implications of this oversight are simply indefensible. It's distressing to consider that a company renowned for luxury and quality would display such disregard for customer safety and satisfaction.Subsequent interactions with their customer service team were equally disheartening, I was huffed at over the telephone and then accused of lying. Then to accuse me of tampering with my vehicle's bumper and subsequently demand an exorbitant £800 charge for nonexistent damages is not only unfounded but also a disservice to the values of integrity and accountability.My Bumper has never been removed and a fuse box cover was never in my car which firstly shows my car was not checked properly upon leaving manufacture ready for delivery.Attempts to communicate my grievances to higher management via email were met with indifference, leaving me with no choice but to escalate my complaint further. As a last resort, I hope this review will serve as a warning to potential customers about the perilous service Land Rover Derby provides.If you value your safety, time, and sanity, I strongly urge you to think twice before entrusting your vehicle to Land Rover Derby. Their lack of attention to customer safety, unwillingness to rectify their mistakes, and overall poor service have tarnished what should have been a positive experience with a reputable brand.I am deeply disappointed by the conduct of Land Rover Derby and only hope that my review prompts them to address their shortcomings and prioritize the safety and satisfaction of their customers.
