She actually listened to what I was looking for, and showed me properties that matched my wants, making sure to call me when anything new came on the market. I think I had seen close to 40 properties before looking with Douglas and Gordon, but they quickly became my favourite estate agent as it was plain to see they valued my time over making money. Rory has been an amazing help throughout the buying process. He has a great expertise of the market, understood exactly what we were looking for and I felt he was on the journey with us! He’s been incredibly friendly and enthusiastic throughout, accommodated our quite strict search criteria and was 100% prepared to help us start the search where other agents had said it was too early.We ended up finding a place through another agent but I almost feel bad it’s wasn’t through him at D&G!
