Perfect friendly staff, I couldn't see a product I wanted in the flavour I wanted, they had looked into this but this was currently out of stock however I found a suitable alternative which was actually better but a different flavour and cheaper :)

Great shop, great stock, unfortunately staff think covid social distancing does not apply to them. Standing in doorway as you come in! Walking past as you shop! Please just say excuse me and people can move. I will try another store, hopefully I will have a safer experience.

Store was pleasant, we are not from the area, first time we shopped at this branch. We understand the current restrictions but the sign 'do not stop to browse' felt a bit unfriendly. Store not busy. I think it's better to limit entrance but allow customers to enjoy their experience. Some confusion at the till with redeeming vouchers but in the end the store manager sorted it out.

Just want to thank the lady at the Teesside Holland & Barrat for helping me with my knee pain, it was excruciating, a week later with the Devils Claw capsules and the Collagen Joint Formula capsules, within a week the pain has dissipated I can walk so much better now, and will be back end of the month for them again, along with your menopause and turmeric capsules, you are a lifesaver, I can carry on doing my job pain free, thank you so much xxx
