Brought a ninja online collected it tonight . The guy that served me whose name I can’t remember ,offered to carry it to my car . Really great quick service . The guy who served me was very efficient and polite . Employee of the week :))

Probably 10 staff in the shop all chatting to eachother instead of helping customers, carried my own item down the stairs. Offered help at the till but was too late at this point.

Found a tv i liked in store but was told it was out of stock everywhere but i can have the display model. That was fine but then asked the staff where the power cable was, one said it was in the bag so i went on home. The power cable was not in the bag so i had to drive 30 mins each way back to the store! Thanks!

Called in for printer ink. Staff helpful and polite. Ink was, in my opinion, overpriced. The dual pack was £32 pounds. Amazon is charging £23 they were selling a new printer for £37. ?

Bought a cooker here the staff wasn’t exactly helpful. Was also told I couldn’t plumb my own fridge in. When I fit kitchens and bathrooms for a living.

Asked the currys mobile phone guy not not from the internal phone shop could he transfer the memory from my wifes apple phone to android. He assured us that it was impossible.So we went to a proper mobile phone shop who did it in twenty minutes.

No stars, what a joke, my product was faulty, wouldn't replace it until it went to the repair centre first. A week later I get a text stating they couldn't repair it and I was get a egift card. That's was over a week ago. 6 calls later still no egift card. 7th call later and now been passed to my 8th department in 2hrs. And still on hold.

Great service from Will at the Bridgwater store today - buying a laptop. Took time to find out exactly what we wanted a laptop to do, gave us options and talked us through them. Didn't try to oversell. Really good customer service.
