I visited BMH on the 17th Nov around an hour after passing my test. As soon as I was there, I was made to feel welcome with general chitchat about myself. I'd made it known that I had passed my test that day, so when I took the car I was interested in buying for a test drive, Mark was patient and made me feel at ease. I was told the history of the car, and walked through the process from me buying to me receiving the car.Mark and Heather arranged to collect myself from work, due to being a distance from the dealership, which added to the already excellent customer service I'd received.
