I have been fortunate enough to have been mentored and supported by Annie for the last 7 years. During my time at university, Annie was the course leader for my degree - she continually gave me advice about my personal goals and aspirations and how I could achieve them. As a result, from her mentoring, I achieved a First Class Degree (BSc with Honours) After graduation, I stayed in touch with Annie and she has helped with my career direction and has also given me ideas as to what options are out there in the Thoroughbred Industry. Her exposure and experience in the Thoroughbred Industry has given me huge confidence in each and every step I have taken. It has made a huge difference to me and as a result I gained a place on the breeding course at the Irish National Stud - a huge personal achievement. I will continue to stay in touch with Annie and aside from her exceptional consultancy and coaching services, she is a friendly and enthusiastic individual. I completed a course with Annie, and can safely say I did not realise I needed this before I did it... it was a huge relevation for myself both personally and professionally. The thought of spending a week with a group of people that one has never met before may induce feelings of anxiety in some but the coaches really did a great job putting together the group for Peak Potential 2020. We all gelled so well and instantly hit it off resulting in a caring, safe, and supportive space to be coached and learn to ski (for me, as I was totally new to skiing and coaching) and I really believe that after one week together I have made friends for life and we will continue to support each other after all we have experienced and learned from this programme.I felt the coaches really got a good sense of each participants needs in relation to the type of coaching that was appropriate for them. For me I recognised early that 1:1 coaching would suit me better than group coaching and the coaches were flexible to allow this to happen. However, I was still a participant in the group sessions and these sessions were a great introduction to the ethos of coaching. The use of the mountains to have some coaching sessions really helped expand the thought process when using objects/nature as analogies for our goal setting. One of the exercises that I found insightful was learning about labelling my strengths and learning how to utilize these in a way that benefits me in my personal and working life.  I felt Polly really sought to understand me and has a way to hear what I was not saying whether I was aware of it or not and intuitively nurtured me. Annie is a great listener, very clear very gentle but equally energised and dynamic and radiates enthusiasm.I can vouch as a total beginner to skiing that Skivo2 (the company this programme uses for accommodation, ski hire and instruction) is fantastic. Annie, Polly and Barney are seasoned travellers to Courchevel and know all the right people so it really feels like you are a VIP, they know the mountain and are great guides in addition to being great coaches and just all-round great people.So, whether you are new or experienced at skiing, new or experienced with coaching, this programme really is a unique life experience that can only enhance you for the better.

I chose Annie to coach me as I created a rebranded coaching business during lockdown 2020. I was drawn to her energy positivity and love of adventure. I was able to open up in a therapeutic way but within the boundaries of coaching and Annie really did enable me to see the world in new ways. I continue to work with Annie for Group Coaching Supervision and her professional approach remains. I’ll return to Annie for my next phase of 1:1 coaching in the future. I searched a while to find a coach I trust and respect (being a coach with a very driven style I needed this). Thank you Annie. I have known Annie now for 7 years, initially as a tutor at Oxford Brookes University. Throughout university she was endlessly supportive and enabled me to take on challenges that I didn't think I was capable of. I have just completed an amazing life changing coaching course with Annie and her team in the beautiful skiing resort Courcheval. I booked onto the course not knowing what the coaching would be like and also thinking why I’m I volunteering to throw myself off a mountain strapped to two planks of wood!I was immediately put at ease when I met the rest of like minded people taking part. Everything was organised fantastically and we made it to our beautiful chalet with no hiccups. The accommodation was amazing-from the lovely room to the opulent food and wine that was served to us from the most helpful, lovely chalets hosts.The week combined the skiing and coaching in perfect harmony. One of our group coaching sessions took place on the mountain where we set our goals using everything around us. The location was perfect to really tune and focus your mind on what the particular goals we may have. On top of the group coaching , I opted for extra 1-1 sessions with Polly, who was brilliant. She really took time to understand me and the coaching she gave has truly changed my life and business for the better. Having that time away from distractions and having a non judgmental person coach you really unlocks your inner self.I have had a large accident previously on a ski slope so I was particularly nervous about skiing. The Skiivo team looked after us no matter what ski ability you have and pushed you to your own limit. I am happy to say that I am now a fully converted skier and looking forward to getting better next year!What really made the course was the care and attention the whole team gave us throughout. The coaching was superb, the skiing brilliant, accommodation fantastic! One thing I never expected was to meet some life long friends on the course. My life and business has certainly improved and I am more focused and driven than ever before.My motto from the course is “just do it” and if you are even contemplating joining this course, just do it! You won’t regret it. Thank you to everyone.

Peak Potential: what can I say but GO!It's definitely not a skiing holiday and to be honest I slept straight for 12 hours on my return; but its 100% worth it.The mixture of coaching and skiing is the perfect combination. The two experiences complement each other so much; because as your skiing improves your mind gains clarity.Annie and Polly are amazing coaches; taking us out on the mountain to run a session will be something I never forget. Barney kept us informed, organised and entertained. They are simply legends.The support of the group was second to none and we laughed, cried, hugged and completely supported and encouraged each other during this amazing week.It is set in the most beautiful location & you're super close to the slopes and the town.I highly recommend Peak Potential; I'll be one who returns.

I have been on both ends of Annie's business, as someone experiencing her coaching and through her participating in The Thoroughbred Club Careers Course as the expert speaker on career development and progression. In both these environments I have found Annie to be hugely effective and engaging, providing detailed insight into the needs of her audience and aiding in their ability to use these insights to achieve their goals. I’m coming to the end of a 12 month group coaching programme with Annie and Isabel. I’ve had my thinking challenged, learnt new ways to tackle blocks in my professional and personal life and made some new friends along the way.
